Framed Prints, Stretched Canvas & Framed Canvas: 10 business days
Delivery
As soon as your custom wall art is ready to be delivered and has been collected by our trusted courier partner, we will pop you an email to let you know that your art is on its way. You will receive the courier's details and a waybill tracking number should you wish to follow up on your delivery or have any delivery related queries.
Deliveries to main city centers generally take 2-3 business days. Deliveries to outlying areas take 2-4 business days depending on how far out the delivery area is.
Deliveries to far outlying areas such as farms, rural areas or any area which is situated more than 50km's from a main business district, may be subject to a delivery surcharge. In this event we will let you know and send you an additional delivery fee quote before your art is put into production. You can either decide to pay this fee or cancel your order and we will refund you.
Packaging
Unframed Prints: rolled and shipped in a protective mailer tube.
Framed Prints & Canvas Prints: bubble wrapped, sandwiched between 2 polystyrene sheets & boxed.

If you are in a hurry and need 1 or our prints or framed art pieces by a certain date, please pop us a mail and we will do our best to assist you with your request.
We can often beat these production times & send parcels via an "Overnight Express" service to assist you with your delivery deadline.
